Of those who replied, 10/18 was the best date for the majority for the first stage of the Triple Challenge. So we will hold it then and have the 15 min swim the week of 10/21.
The first stage of our annual Triple Challenge is set for this Friday, 10/28/11. We schedule this workout in October each year to help ready our swimmers for the upcoming 1-hour swim in January.
We will be doing 50 repeats of your choice using the send-off intervals listed below.
