Coaching

Laurie Hug - Head Coach

Laurie is a certified USMS Level 4 Coach, a USAT Level II Triathlon Coach and a USA Swimming Coach.  She typically coaches our group three times a week.  She also coaches the Wissahickon High School girls' swim team, and runs swim clinics for beginner and intermediate triathletes.  Laurie is an accomplished triathlete and open water swimmer. 

On occasion, other experienced coaches will step in to run a practice.
