Monday is MLK day and the age groupers will be finished at 7pm so we will swim from 7-8:30pm.
The 1 Hour Postal Swim will be held at GA on Friday 1/20. Those who completed all 3 stages of the Triple Challenge will receive priority for heat assignment but all are welcome to send their preference to [email protected]. The first heat will go off around 7:40pm and the 2nd heat will start around 8:50. Those swimming in the 2nd heat will count for those in the first heat and vice versa. Plan on going out for pizza and beer afterwards to replenish those carbs burned off during the swim!
Speaking of those Triple Challenge...congrats to Bart Schneider, Vikye Swanson, Tom Gessner, Sue Watts and Gerry Auman who completed all 225 repeats during the three stages of the Triple Challenge! A wonderful gift will be presented to you, possibly after the hour swim.
