A bonus workout will be held Sunday from 11am -12:30pm prior to our annual Delaware Valley LMSC meeting. This practice is free for meeting attendees. For those who plan to only attend the practice, please bring a swim ticket or a $7 drop-in fee.
It also looks like this Friday is the best date for the first stage of the Triple Challenge for the majority (at least of those who responded) so we will go with that. We can go out after - a bit after 8pm. The tentative send-offs are below.

It only takes a bit over an hour so we will have time for a warm-up and cool down. We will plan on starting the challenge at 6:45. We may have a make up night during a regular practice session for those who can't make this Friday since it takes less than 1.5 hours. Remember, in order to win a Triple Challenge prize you must do every repeat of all three stages.
