Since the age groupers will be swimming in the morning we can hold practice early tomorrow, 1/20. So it will be from 6:30-8pm.
Friday is the one hour swim. Those who did all 3 stages of the Triple Challenge receive first priority for heat selection if we have more than 12 swimmers participating. Try to be there BEFORE 7:30 if you wish to have a short warm-up. We will plan on starting by 7:40. If you plan on swimming please email gaac_masters@yahoo.com with your preference (if you have one), how many stages of the triple challenge you completed and which of the 15, 30 and 45 min swims you did. If you do NOT plan on swimming but are willing to count, let me know as well. If we have 12 or less swimmers participating we can do it in one heat if we have 6 counters.
