Monday Jan 2nd Practice

Masters practice will be held Monday Jan 2nd at 6pm as we found out tonight that the age group kids are swimming earlier in the day.

If you have not yet done so, you need to renew your USMS membership before swimming with us in 2012. Here is the link:

Triple Challenge 3rd Stage

The final Triple Challenge Stage will be held Wed 12/28/11. The planned intervals will be:
10 on 1:20
2 on 1:15
8 on 1:25
4 on 1:10
6 on 1:30
6 on 1:05
4 on 1:35
8 on 1:00
2 on 1:40
Then repeat.

REMINDERS

A few things:

-We will have Tues 1 hour freestyle practices from 8-9pm in December starting this week.

-The Swim-a-thon money will be submitted this week so if you either have pledged and haven't paid or still want to pledge someone please bring $ in this week.

-It is time to renew your USMS membership if you haven't done so already.

-We will be choosing the date for the final stage of the Triple Challenge based on the best date for those who completed all repeats in the first two stages. Those who did so, please email Laurie at hug_l@yahoo.com to pick a date - it could be a Friday or even the Wed between Christmas and New Years since we will hold
