Smack Down Stage One on Wed 6/27/12

6/26/2012

The first swimmer vs runner smack down training race will be held tomorrow - Wednesday June 27th.  As a twist there will be 3 options available:
Standard - 1 mile run, 1000y swim, 2 mile run, 500y swim
Swim Heavy - 2 rounds of (1000y swim, 1 mile run)
Run Heavy - 2 rounds of (2 mile run, 500y swim)

This is a trial and depending on how it goes we may do something similar next month or just stick with a standard smack down race.  The warm up will run from 6:30 till around 6:50 then I will go over the courses so we can start around 7pm.   I expect one lane to be available for those who decide not to participate but there will be no formal workout other than the smack down options.
